This policy applies to the corporate website ajz-labs.com. Products such as GPSwitch have their own specific privacy policy.

2. Data processed when visiting the website

AJz Labs does not currently include behavioural advertising or its own profiling tools on the corporate website. The hosting provider may generate technical logs needed to deliver, protect and maintain the site, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information and security events.

3. Contact by email

If you contact support, your email address, message content and any data you choose to provide are processed to answer the request, maintain security and retain reasonable support traceability.

4. GPSwitch and other products

Use of products may involve additional processing. For GPSwitch, see its specific Privacy Policy, including optional account, local data, cloud services, mapping and other external providers.

5. Legal basis and retention

Support requests are processed to answer your request and, where appropriate, on pre-contractual measures or legitimate interests in security and support. Technical logs are retained for periods defined by the hosting provider or as strictly necessary for security, compliance and defence of rights.

6. Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to support@ajz-labs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Changes

This policy will be updated when the site, its providers or its data processing materially change.
